You will be guided through our three, one hundred foot greenhouses and learn the vital role each one plays in growing seasonal and perennial crops. You will visit our fruit orchards and outside beds and see how we used spent mushroom blocks and covercrops to help the enrich the clay soil. Peak inside our duck houses, or beehives, before you step into the future of farming with our climate controlled mushroom houses.
You will learn about the vital role of soil health, the principles of permaculture, and the core values behind organic farming, sustainable living, and the important role that food security plays in your freedom.
After the tour, relax with a refreshing cup of our handcrafted mushroom coffee or tea.
