Elemental Farm is a small, working farm run solely by us, Cody and Kim. We do not have a traditional storefront or set hours of operation.
Because our days are guided by the needs of the farm, our animals, and our growing cycles, all visits are by appointment only.
We do offer guided educational farm tours, which are scheduled in advance and offered at a cost. These tours are intentionally limited so we can provide a meaningful, hands on experience while protecting the health of the farm.
If you are interested in purchasing products, scheduling a pickup, or booking an educational tour, please contact us ahead of time and we will be happy to discuss time and availability.

We offer free shipping on all shelf stable products.
Fresh produce is available by pickup only, either directly from the farm or at select farmers markets. Because we are a small, working farm, we do not offer personal delivery for fresh items.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Elemental Farm offers food, herbal, and perishable items that cannot be returned once they have left our care. For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if something does not meet expectations, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We are always willing to work with our customers to find a fair and thoughtful solution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.
